I only charge for the work I do, not a Flat Fee based on a percentage of the Rent you charge. I charge $500 (limit 8 hours) to find you an excellent Tenant, vetted by me and then approved by you. I will provide you with a current Credit Report and a Criminal Background Report, Bank Statements and anything else you would like to see during the Tenant Approval process. After the Lease is signed, should you require anything else like a Plumber or Electrician, I charge $50/hour to assess, schedule and inspect any work needed.
